2 – Packaging of the material ( Box, Pallet, Roll, Sack etc.) and package dimensions ( width, length, height).
3 – Invoice amount of the material, Date of loading, Urgency of the cargo.
4 – Whether the material can be placed on top of each other.
5 – The loading address, loading customs and delivery address, and delivery customs for the material must be provided correctly.
6 – If the material has other properties, they must be specified.

You can use calculation methods below for your shipments to Portugal.
- Volume V = Width x Length x Height, for the Pallets, Boxes, Sacks and similar loads.
- Volume V = 3,14 x R² (radius squared, means radius x radius) x height, for the Rolls,   

Bond, Bundle, Boiler and other cylindrical loads. (Pi = 3,14 is a constant).
- 1 m³ = 333 kg / 1 ton = 3 m³ / 1 LDM: Calculated as 1.730 kg.
